• Apple ID — When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier from Apple. We do not receive your name or email unless you explicitly choose to share them.
• Tasks & Routines — The tasks and routines you create.
• Voice Input — Your spoken words are sent for transcription and are not stored after processing.
• Optional Profile — Any additional information you choose to share about your life and preferences.
• Anonymous Usage Data — Technical data used to monitor and improve the app.

We do not collect your email address, location, contacts, or any sensitive personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data only to transcribe your voice, generate helpful responses, sync your tasks, and improve the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

DayVergent uses third-party services for AI coaching, voice transcription, speech synthesis, and subscription management. All services process only the minimum data required. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.

Data Security & Retention

Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed. Voice recordings are not stored after transcription.
